You see, these models shown here are actually models from a 3D PV from Calne Ca's song "Bacterial Contamination". The song is about girls who are bullying. This model shown here was actually a normal girl victim who sadly became bully target, the bullies decided they'll also bully anyone she meets, so now she's contaminated with bacteria(bullies) and it hurts which caused her to deform into a contaminated cyborgish girl. The bug on her head means that who ever she shall meet will be bugged and contaminated with bacteria(bullies) too.
When two headless come to her, to help her, in the song she says "She was kind, she lend me her hand, "I apologize", I promised as I contaminate her." meaning that those kind girl became next bullying targets and the main girl the cyborgish girl apologizes and says "I feel better now, I contaminated her, I don't feel that pain anymore" and becomes a skeleton and is no longer contaminated meaning to that, she committed suicide.
Its really... really a sad song. Sounds creepy the graphics are extremely touching and creepy but it's REALLY a very sad PV and song about how and what bullying feels and what it causes to the victim.
Sorry for the LONG a** explanation but...
These were the special meanings behind the bug and these models.
You're welcome. I'm glad I could help. As a Vocaloid lover, I have to explain others the true meaning of their songs or else people create their own logic and stories, calling it so called a accurate for these songs and it ruins the real meaning like Miku chan's song "Rolling Girl". It is actually a song about a girl who dreams big but can't achieve her dreams or anything and keeps trying but fails still tries, keeps suffering, that's what she meant when she says "Failed? No problem, I'll roll again" but then commits suicide but people created their own story and ruined it by calling it a love song, now everywhere in every video, people show Rolling Girl as love song. Its very very annoying. I'm sorry I had to explain something you didn't really need to know but I just had to because its my favorite song and I hated how people reviewed it!! *sigh*
I don't mind people with their point of views until they start spamming. The MV you saw is fan-made, I assume from Nico Nico douga, There're tons of fan-made MVs of Rolling Girl showing it as "trying to confess" Offically, the song in Project Diva and Dreamy Theater(Hologram concerts), show no such association with "Love" or "Confession with a boy". In Project Diva, Miku chan is in school playing piano, being rebellious and starts pushing things down showing that she is angry, by the lyrics of the song in my point of view does not sound like she's trying confess any love to any boy but trying to express the feeling of losing hope, failure in her life again and again.
I mean, seriously just read these lyrics, do they sound like or look like a love story or a confession story?
"Rolling Girl always looked at unreachable dreams
Fantasies pile up inside her head And they're breaking the seams, and they're breaking the seams
"I'm okay," she muttered to herself But words die soundless next to the head-noise
Fail again, fail again. If it means stopping mistakes in their tracks, then She'll just roll along now
One more time, one more time "If I don't do anything, nothing's gonna hurt me," So she said, so she said Even though the rolling is picking up momentum
"I'm okay, more so, anyway What with all the distance between past and present, I can stop my breathing now, listen."
*sigh* For me, this song is about a girl who can't achieve her dreams and is failing, but, its okay if people or you want to view it this way, its a song after all.
One of my fave depictions of Calcium Miku! She looks kinda hostile here, I think it is her eyes. I don't know where you get your inspiration from, but I love your creepy mechanical artwork. Keep it up Deino San!
